Step 1: Clean quail birds with water added a little salt. Clean well their hairs on skins. Clean again and wait to get dry. Cut into half if it is big. Marinate with 1 teaspoon 5 flavors powder, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, minced garlic. Mix well and cover it and put in fridge, wait for 1 night. It will help to create one of fantastic Vietnamese Chicken Recipes for us. Next day, heat the oil, and bring quail birds to fry.

Avocado Jelly Dessert Recipe (Thạch Bơ)

Ingredients:

3 – 4 avocado fruits
100ml fresh milk
3 tablespoons condensed milk
15g jelly powder
60g white sugar
1 vanilla strach pill
600ml cold water
Optional: You can extra use with jackfruit, coconut milk, grinded ice.

Process:

Step 1: Cur avocado in half, take out their seeds. Use spoon to scoop their meat and put into grind machine. Add more fresh milk, condensed milk and grind milk.

Step 2: Mix jelly powder with sugar, 600ml cold water into small pot. Use spoon to stir gently, wait for 15 minutes and cook with small heat until jelly powder and sugar are melted all. Turn off the heat, add more vanilla strach, reduce the heat.

Step 3: Pour avocado mixture in step 1 into jelly mixture in step 2, use spoon to stir well. If it is not still smooth, you can pour into grind machine and grind again.

Stir fried Beef with Eggplant Recipe (Bò Xào Cà Tím)

Beef maintains many nutriment for your body, especially for your blood. I am still getting sick that is why I choose Stir fried Beef with Eggplant (Bò Xào Cà Tím) which comes from many Easy Vietnamese Recipes to change my boring daily menu and yes, it works.

The combination between these ingredients will create the stuning flavor in your mouth when chewing. It also saves my time alot. Why don’t we cooking one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes together?

Ingredients:

300g beef
300g eggplant fruits
Chili, spring onion, purple herb leaves (beefsteak leaves or shiso in Japanese name)
1 brand of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic
1 and half of teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soysauce
Roasted sesame
Salt, pepper.

Process:

Step 1: Clean beef, wait to reduce water and slice thinly like photo (thickness in 0,6cm).

Step 2: Mix beef with 1 tablespoon soysauce, minced garlic + ginger, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 and half teaspoons of sesame oil, marinate and wait in 30 – 60 minutes.
