Ingredients:

8 – 10 big jackfruit segments
1 bowl sticky rice
Salt, sugar
200ml coconut milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon corn starch
1 bunch of Cẩm leaves (to create natural purple color)
Coconut meat (sliced thinly), roasted sesame.

Process:

Step 1: Clean well Cẩm leaves. Put them into pot, add more cold water (1 bowl) and cook until it secretes purple color. Cook about 7 – 10 minutes and put away all leaves, keep the water, wait to reduce heat.
