Ingredients:

800g of beef
1 can of beer
1 onion
3 cloves of garlin (minced)
1 litre of beef broth (can be replaced by other broth or plain water)
2 carrots
2 potatoes
15g of butter
Spices: 45ml of olive oil, 3g of salt, 3g of pepper, 5g of sugar, 1 stewed beef soup cube, 15ml of Woschestershire sauce.

Process:

Step 1: Dry your beef a bit then dice.

When the oil is all heated up and butter is melted completely, add beef in, divide into many turns so that the beef won’t get stick together.
