Ingredients:

Rectangle pattern (20x30cm) (unstick pattern)
Cacao cake ingredients:
100g whole wheat flour
50g cacao powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
140g icing sugar
150g butter (no salt)
3 chicken eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla starch
15ml fresh milk
Cheese filling ingredients:
225g cream cheese (normal temperature)
40g icing sugar
1 chicken egg
1 vanilla starch

Process:

Step 1: Making cacao cake: Spread a little melted butter on the bottom of pattern. Mix wheat flour, cacao powder, salt and baking powder into clean bowl.

Step 2: Melt butter by steaming or put into microwave in 30 seconds, add more sugar and stir well. Wait to reduce heat.

Step 3: Using mixer to mix chicken eggs with mixture butter in step 2 until they are combined together. And then, add more fresh milk and continue mixing in 2 – 3 minutes.
