Mango and Vanilla Milk Ice-cream (Kem Sữa Vani và Xoài)

Ingredients:

1 – 2 mangoes
2 tablespoons clear tapioca pearls
Milk ice-cream ingredients: 2 yolks, 80g white sugar, 60g corn starch, 400ml fresh milk (no sugar), 100ml whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup.
Glass jars
Strawberry syrup.

Process:

Step 1:
- Use whisk to stir well yolks with sugar until this mixture turns white yellow color.

Step 2:
- Filter flour into this mixture, mix by whisk until they mix well together.

- Pour fresh milk and whipping cream into pot, cook until it starts boiling.
