Cannoli Cake in Italian Style (Bánh Cannoli Ý)

Ingredients:

Making cover: 450g wheat flour, 65g butter, 8g sugar, 5g salt, 5g cinnamon flour, 30ml vinegar, 30ml water, 1 chicken egg
Making cream: 500ml heavy cream, 100g chocolate chips, 100g icing sugar, 100g corn starch, 1 cinnamon stick (optional).

Process:

Step 1: First, you mix wheat flour with icing sugar, cinnamon flour into big bowl.

Step 2: Egg more chicken egg, vinegar and water into mixture flour, knead well until it becomes smooth and do not stick your hands.

Step 3: Cover it carefully and put on fridge at least 30 minutes.
