500g rice
1 white radish
300g beef
3 tablespoons soysauce
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt

Process:
Step 1: Clean beef, use paper napkin to absorb water and slice thinly.
