Summer is coming, therefore the weather is so hot these days. Each day I just hope I can eat ice-cream to reduce the heat inside my head and body. Luckily, I found one of interesting Vietnamese Dessert Recipes about making ice-cream and want to share to all my friends. It is called Avocado Ice-cream.
Avocado Ice-cream (Kem Bơ)
The combination between fresh avocado fruit, whipping cream will create a fantastic taste in your mouth. Trust me; you will totally fall in love with this one. Now, why don’t we start making one of amazingVietnamese Dessert Recipes like this right now?
Ingredients:
2 – 3 avocado fruits
150ml whipping cream or heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons condensed milk
50ml fresh milk.
Process:
Step 1: Cut avocado in haft. Use spoon to scoop their meat and put into glass.
Step 2: Pour whipping cream into mixer and mix well in 5 – 6 minutes. Checking by using spoon, scoop on spoon and pour down. If it does not flow down, it is perfect.
