In rainy days like today, I would like to introduce one of amazing Vietnamese Pork Recipes for all you guys. It is called Braised Pork with Baby Tofu (Thịt Kho Đậu Hũ Non).

Ingredients:

500g pork belly (half lean half fat)
5 baby tofu slices
Chili powder, sugar syrup, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, salt.

Process:

Step 1: 
- Clean gently tofu and slice into square shapes. Clean pork and slice thinly. Marinate with a little salt, sugar and pepper. Bring tofu to fry until their faces turn brown yellow color.
