Deep Fried Banana Cakes (Bánh Chuối Chiên)

When mention about street food in Vietnam, we cannot forget one of popular and Easy Vietnamese Recipes. It is Deep Fried Banana Cake (Bánh Chuối Chiên). Serving when it is hot to maintain its crispy flavor is my favorite choice.

Today, I am really happy when I can introduce one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes for you guys. At market near my house, there has one street hawker always sells it and I learn its recipes for great street food chef I’ve ever knows before. She is so nice to give its tip for making it. Let us start making right now.
Ingredients:
10 fresh yellow bananas
100g rice flour
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 chicken egg
½ liter olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons bierre
10cl water
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Process:
Step 1: Mix egg + sugar + salt then filter flour into this mixture, mix well and add more a little beer + water + baking powder slowly. Stir gently and well. Cover and wait in 1 hour.

Step 2: Peel off cover of bananas, cut in half, press gently. Now, you finished basic steps to prepare one ofEasy Vietnamese Recipes. Let us fry these cakes now.

Step 3: Heat the oil in 10 minutes. Soak one by one sliced banana into mixture in step 1, and put into pan. Fry until its faces turn brown yellow. Put on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil.
