Deep Fried Prawns Recipe (Tôm Chiên Giòn)

Ingredients:
12 big prawns
10g spring onion
15g wheat flour
Wonton leaves (20 – 30 leaves)
Making sauce:
45ml chili sauce
15ml soy sauce
7ml rice vinegar
5ml sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic
½ lime
Salt, pepper, sugar
Process:
Step 1: Mix chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil together.

Step 2: Peel off the cover of garlic and grind well. Add into sauce in step 1.

Step 3: Next, smooth the cover of lime, put into sauce and press more lime juice as well.
