Like other sweet soup (chè), it will you reduce the heat inside when hot weather comes. The sweetness mainly comes from herb fruits like dried apple, lotus, sea weed etc … It is such a good choice in this weekend. Ingredients:
200g fresh or dried lotus seeds
40g chinese pearl barley (Bo bo) – buy at any Asian markets
150g mung bean (including cover)
100g dried longan
100g dried apple
40g sea weed
1 small lotus fruit
100g tapioca fruit
150g palm sugar.

Process:
Step 1: Soak mung bean, Chinese pearl barley, dried longan, dried apple into different bowls with water. Wait for 1 night.
