Fried Bamboo Shoot with Scallot Flowers Recipe (Măng Tươi Xào Hẹ)

Ingreidents:

400gr fresh bamboo shoot
200gr grinded pork
1 bunch of shallot flowers – Bông Hẹ (Buy at Vietnamese or Chinese Markets)
Spices: salt, Maggi’s stuff, garlic, pepper, oyster oil
Spring onion.

Process:

Step 1: Clean carefully fresh bamboo shoot in 2 – 3 times. Tear into long pieces. Boil water and pour them to boil about 5 – 8 minutes. Next, pour out the water, wait to dry.

Step 2: Marinate grinded pork with 1 teaspoon salt + pepper, mix together and wait about 20 – 30 minutes.

Step 3: Clean shallot flower, cut off the hard parts, use the young ones and flowers. Clean spring onion and slice small.

Step 4: Here is the first step to create one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes. Add oil into pan, wait to hot, and add minced garlic and fry into it is fragrant. Then, add more grinded pork (in step 2) into pan and fry quickly about 5 – 7 minutes.
