Sweet Caramel Candy Recipe (Kẹo Caramel Ngọt)

Ingredients:

200gr fresh milk cream
60gr butter (no salt)
½ teaspoon salt
270gr white sugar
60ml corn syrup
60ml water
1 vanilla tube
Mould, unsticked paper.

Process:

Step 1: Add unsticked paper on the bottom of mould. If you do not have it, you can spread a little melted butter.

Step 2: Pour fresh milk cream + melted butter + salt into small pot and cook with small heat until it boils. Turn off the heat, mix well and use the lid to cover and keep warm.

Step 3: Pour 1 tablespoon corn syrup into small bowl.

Step 4: Add sugar + corn syrup + water into another pot, use wood spoon to mix well.
