300gr half lean and half fat pork meat
5 – 7 Lotot leaves

Purple onion, chili paste
Spices: Salt, sugar, fish sauce, Maggi’s stuff.

Process:

Step 1: Clean pork carefully in 2 -3 times in water added a little salt. Next, scald into hot water about 5 – 8 minutes to reduce the dirty outside. Then, slice thinly. Marinate 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Maggi’s stuff. Wait about 30 – 45 minutes.
