Rolled Beef with Vegetables Recipe (Bò Cuộn Rau Củ)

One of my favorite Vietnamese Dish Recipes is Rolled Beef with Vegetables (Bò Cuộn Rau Củ). The best combination between beef and vegetables is delicious.

Ingredients:

800g beef
Salt, pepper
15ml olive oil
1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, ½ green squash
Spring onion, 2 cloves garlic
10g butter, 30g minced purple onion, 40ml vinegar, 50g brown sugar, 50ml stewed beef broth

Process:

Step 1: Clean well beef, slice thinly, use wood pestle to smash gently. Recommend size is 5x15cm

Step 2: Marinate beef with salt, pepper, soy sauce or oyster oil. Wait to 30 minutes.
