500g beef meat
1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
1 onion

Vegetables: green cabbage, cucumber, basil leaves
Dipping fish sauce: pineapple, sugar, chili, garlic, fermented anchovy sauce or sweet and sour sauce

Process:
