Ingredients:

300gr lotus seeds
½ bowl black bean
2 tablespoon dried tapioca pearl
Sugar (depend on your flavor)
1 teaspoon salt
Coconut milk
1 small clove ginger.

Process:

Step 1: Soak black bean into cold water added a little salt through one night.
