It is Raw Jelly Fish with Green Mango. One day, when I came back home, I saw my mom was cooking it. I tried to taste a little, and its flavor is so amazing. Ingredients:

300gr jelly fish
½ chicken meat
Green mango
Onion, Cilantro, Dills
Roasted peanut, Deep Fried Shrimp Paste, Chili.
Vinegar, Sugar, Pepper, salt, sugar.

Process:

Step 1: Slice Jelly Fish into medium pieces. Next, soak in hot water (70 -80 Degree) about 3 – 5 minutes.
