Stewed White Radish with Shrimp and Pork Recipe (Củ Cải Om Tôm Thịt)

Ingredients:

150g grinded pork
200g shrimps
1 big white radish (50 – 70g)
Spring onion, purple onion, salt, fish sauce, pepper, pork broth mix.

Process:

Step 1: Peel off the cover of shrimps. Pull out the black lines on their backs. Clean carefully. Next, grind them well. Marinate shrimps and grinded pork with a little pepper + 1 teaspoon salt and wait in 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 2: Peel off the cover of white radish. Clean and slice into long pieces.
