Stir-fried Green Beans with Beef Recipe (Đậu Xào Thịt Bò)

I remember everytime my mom cook this dish, I always try to steal some green beans to eat because I am in love with its lively green colour. The signature in this dish – one of Vietnamese Dish Recipes – is that you have to reach your timing perfectly so that the beef is just cooked and the green beans is soft not crushed. Ingredients:

300g of green beans
150g of beef meat
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Pepper, oyster oil and some coriander for decoration.

Process:

Step 1: Wash and slice the green beans or you can just wash it only if you donot like to slice it. Boil it , remember to add a little bit of salt. Take it out and soak in cold water. It will help the green beans keep its colour and crunchiness – those are facts that make our dish so attempting among other Vietnamese Dish Recipes.
