Ingreidents:
400gr fresh bamboo shoot
200gr grinded pork
1 bunch of shallot flowers – Bông Hẹ (Buy at Vietnamese or Chinese Markets)
Spices: salt, Maggi’s stuff, garlic, pepper, oyster oil
Spring onion.
Process:
Step 1: Clean carefully fresh bamboo shoot in 2 – 3 times. Tear into long pieces. Boil water and pour them to boil about 5 – 8 minutes. Next, pour out the water, wait to dry.
