Ingredients:

Making sponge: 125ml caramel sauce, 150g cake flour, 83g cacao flour, 3g baking soda, 120g dark chocolate, 90ml butter, 125ml buttermilk, 125g sugar, 2 eggs, 5ml vanilla.

Making flan cake: 420g condensed milk, 625ml fresh milk, 180g cream cheese, 6 eggs, 4 yolks, 5ml vanilla.

Step 1: Mix cake flour, cacao flour, baking soda and a little salt into small bowl, mix well.
