Stir-fried Silver Shrimps with Vegetables Recipe (Tôm Xào Rau Củ)

Ingredients:

200g silver shrimps
2 Vietnamese mint stems (Dọc Mùng)
1 carrot
1 cucumber
½ onion
Spring onion, coriander, garlic, salt, oyster oil, magi’s stuff, pepper

Process:

Step 1: Peel off the cover of shrimps, pull out the black lines on their backs. Clean well and season with ½ teaspoon salt + a little pepper, mix well and wait in 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 2: Clean carrot, Vietnamese mint stems, onion, cucumber. Peel off the cover of carrot, slice thinly with cucumber (do not peel off the cover) and onion. Peel off the hard parts of Vietnamese mint stems and slice into medium pieces.
