Ingredients:

400g silver pomfret fish
1 small brand of ginger
3 – 4 small cloves of garlic, spring onion, salt, sugar, soya sauce, oyster oil, fish sauce, pepper
1 tablespoon tapioca starch or corn starch

Process:
