Ingredients:

250g bean sprout
1 bunch (50g) green shallot
100g beef
Oyster oil, salt, Magi’s stuff, pepper, oil, minced garlic (3 teaspoons).

Process:

Step 1: Clean and slice beef thinly. Marinate with 1 teaspoon oyster oil and wait about 15 minutes.
