Corn Sweet Soup (Chè Ngô)


At the beginning of the summer, the weather here in Vietnam can be quite harsh as the average temperature is usually over 30 Celsius degree. In order to help you get away from the heat, Vietnamese Food Team recommend Corn sweet soup (Chè ngô) – one of our stunning Vietnamese Dessert Recipes – for you to try to make it at home.

It is an easy recipe, hence, with just a few steps of instruction below, we hope you can finish this dish and add it into your list of successfully made Vietnamese Dessert Recipes.
 

Ingredients:

2 – 3 ears of corn
1 small bowl of kudzu powder
50g of sugar
100ml of coconut milk
1 spoon of sugar
½ spoon of salt
1 spoon of corn powder

Process:

Step 1: Peel of the corn and keep the core for later.

Step 2: Pour 2 bowl of water into the stove, add the corn core & corn grains to boil. Cook it until the corn grains is softening, pick up the corn core out.
