Ingredients:

300gr dried cassava vermicelli
1 cucumber
½ green bell pepper
¼ purple cabbage
2 eggs
1 carrot
Salt, sugar, Maggi’s stuff, pepper, fish sauce
Spring onion, coriander, dried purple onion, chili powder
Optional: Vietnamese Ham (Giò Lụa) / Chinese Sausage.

Process:

Step 1: Stir well eggs with a little salt and pepper. Heat to oil, bring egg to fry thinly. Wait to get cold and slice into long pieces.
