Ingredients:
2 big chicken thighs
1 small bag 5 flavors flour – 5gr (Ngũ Vị Hương) – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
Salt, oyster oil, sesame oil, fish sauce, honey, sugar, soya sauce
Garlic, purple onion
Cucumber, tomato
2 bowls rice.
Process:
Step 1: Clean chicken thighs, soak in hot water in 1 – 2 minutes and clean again. Boil water and add chicken thighs into pot to boil in 5 minutes. Next, put them on basket, use napkin to absorb all water. Do not throw away chicken broth.
