Fried Vermicelli With Crab Meat Recipe (Mien Xao Cua)

Ingredients:

- 2 big Crabs (500gr per crab)
- Vermicelli (400gr)
- 2 Carrot 
- 1 Sliced onion
- Pepper, salt, sugar, soya sauce/fish sauce
- Bean sprouts (100gr)
 
Process

Step 1: Wash the crab. Add the cab into closed pot. Cook the crab until the cover of crab become red. Wait until the crab become cool. Remove the cover of the crab. Just keep the meat of crab.

Step 2: Wash the carrot and bean sprouts. Julienne slices the carrot. Shortly slice the vermicelli. Next, soak the vermicelli into water until the vermicelli become expanse.
