After hang out with my cousins, today I have known one more stunning Vietnamese Dish Recipes. It is Green Mango Salad with Moonlight Gourami Fish (Goi Xoai Xanh Ca Sac). How amazing it is. I am totally fall in love with its flavor. A little sweet, a little sour, a little salt to create a delicious in your mouth. I asked the chef in that restaurant and he is so nice to tell me the recipe for making this dish.

Ingredients:

- 1 Green mango
- 1 Moonlight gourami fish (can be snakehead fish, about 350g)
- Chopped red chilli
- Laksa leaves
- Crushed roasted peanut
- Delicious fish sauce
- Sugar, salt.
 
Process:

Step 1: Clean Moonligh Gourami Fish, then add 5 teaspoons on it. Wait for 3 hours. Then, clean it again. Wait to dry.
